Experience Fly Fishing on Colorado Private Property

We are very fortunate to have fishing access to a private ranch offering trophy trout fishing and solitude. The expert or novice will find the location memorable. Within the ranch's perimeters, you can choose walk-wade river fishing and/or lake fishing. Belly boating is available on the trophy lakes and is popular with anglers looking for that large Western trout. The ranch sits nestled between Estes Park and Loveland, Colorado. These restricted waters offer you the chance to hook a fish over 20 inches, ranging from 4-9 pounds. Because of the exclusiveness of the location, we strongly encourage advance reservations. The ranch carries additional rod fees.

Rod fees per angler are $55.00 for river and lower pond fishing and $75.00 for the trophy lakes.

For fishing trips in Colorado, you will need to purchase a Colorado fishing license.

Rocky Mountain Adventures operates under permits from the Roosevelt, Routt and Medicine Bow National Forests, the Colorado Division of Wildlife, the Bureau of Land Management, and the Bureau of Reclamation (Estes Valley Recreation and Park District).
