Our Mad Adventures River Office is locatd in Idaho Springs at the Argo Mine building on the north side of I-70 (exit 241).
From the Winter Park: Take U.S. Highway 40 over Berthoud Pass. Hwy 40 ends at I-70. Take I-70 east toward Denver to Idaho Springs (exit 241A). As you exit 241A, turn right at the stop sign to travel to Idaho Spings. This will place you on Colorado Boulevard. Travel 0.7 miles. Just past the Subway resturaunt turn right onto 23rd Avenue. Take the very next right (.1 mile) onto Riverside Drive (paved to unpaved). Travel 300 yards to Mad Adventures at the Argo Mine (red building) which will be on on your left. Approximate drive time is 45 minutes.
From Denver: travel I-70 west to Idaho Springs (Exit 241A). As you exit 241A, turn right at the stop sign to travel to Idaho Spings. This will place you on Colorado Boulevard. Travel 0.7 miles. Just past the Subway resturaunt turn right onto 23rd Avenue. Take the very next right (.1 mile) onto Riverside Drive (paved to unpaved). Travel 300 yards to Mad Adventures at the Argo Mine (red building) which will be on on your left. Approximate drive time is 30-45 minutes.
From Summit County: When traveling from locations like Breckenridge and Silverthorne, travel I-70 east toward Denver to Idaho Springs (Exit 241A). As you exit 241A, turn right at the stop sign to travel to Idaho Spings. This will place you on Colorado Boulevard. Travel 0.7 miles. Just past the Subway resturaunt turn right onto 23rd Avenue. Take the very next right (.1 mile) onto Riverside Drive (paved to unpaved). Travel 300 yards to Mad Adventures at the Argo Mine (red building) which will be on on your left. Approximate drive time is 45 minutes.
From Vail: Travel I-70 east toward Denver to Idaho Springs (Exit 241A). As you exit 241A, turn right at the stop sign to travel to Idaho Spings. This will place you on Colorado Boulevard. Travel 0.7 miles. Just past the Subway resturaunt turn right onto 23rd Avenue. Take the very next right (.1 mile) onto Riverside Drive (paved to unpaved). From the Grand Lake Area: Travel US Hwy 34 west to Hwy 40. Turn left (east) onto Hwy 40 toward Winter Park and continue east over Berthoud Pass. Hwy 40 ends at I-70. Take I-70 east toward Denver to Idaho Springs (Exit 241A). As you exit 241A, turn right at the stop sign to travel to Idaho Spings. This will place you on Colorado Boulevard. Travel 0.7 miles. Just past the Subway resturaunt turn right onto 23rd Avenue. Take the very next right (.1 mile) onto Riverside Drive (paved to unpaved). From Boulder: Take CO-93 south (CO-93 becomes US-6 E), merge onto CO-470 E toward Colorado Springs. Merge onto I-70 west toward Grand Junction. At Idaho Springs, take Exit 241A. As you exit 241A, turn right at the stop sign to travel to Idaho Spings. This will place you on Colorado Boulevard. Travel 0.7 miles. Just past the Subway resturaunt turn right onto 23rd Avenue.
